They take their cancellation policy very seriously
I booked a room for two nights at this hotel this past weekend. At the time of booking, I was aware of their policy requiring 48 hours to cancel. Unfortunately, when I got to the airport on Friday my outbound flight was cancelled due to weather. I spent hours trying to get another flight to San D... spencemiles, a user of Tripadvisor.
