Very Noisy, Poor Cusomer Service. Please Read
Originally I was happy with the room when we first arrived. It had old furnishings, but was clean and we had a corner room on the 10th floor with a great view and two balconies! The first night while we were trying to sleep we realized it was extremely loud from the traffic/gas station/parking lot and people would come down to our floor (right outside our door) from the 11th/top floor restaurant to smoke a cigarette. Annoying...but we thought we could deal with it. The next night the restaurant had a live band playing. Nice, if you are not right under the restaurant and trying to relax.
