great location for walking the town and on the beach access. very dated and old hotel. mattress are old and covered with only a very thin sheet and rooms smelled really musty.also they have no heating system in rooms. however if ya bring your own mattress pad and room spray and all ya want is a... I had a nice stay at the capri laguna inn on the beach. The staff was very nice and the rooms were good for the price. I checked on-line, but they quoted me a better price over the phone. Since our weekend trip was sort of last minute, this hotel was the only one on the beach with any rooms left. It could use some upgrades but the room was clean and although the staff wasn't overly friendly they weren't rude either.
