The Rooms Smell

If you are a non-smoker, this is not the place for you. The carpets in the room are so dirty they feel a little greasy and the smell of cigaret smoke is heavy. We asked for another "real" nonsmoking room but it was just as bad. At best this is a water sports or fishing place to crash while you're... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Never Staying At Anchorage Again
1. Outside non-smoking rooms were ashtrays. Guests would stand outside their doors and smoke. The smoke would come into our room through the vents. Nasty smelling!!
2. 6-8 inch step up to get into doorway. Hubby/me both disabled. Very diffuclt for us.
