The Staff and Manager were sooo rude I would never come back. They had me waiting over ten minutes at the desk and then offered no excuse or apology. Misses the mark.

It looks like a holiday inn. It is on the very outskirts of Lancaster but nicely situated by a river (there is a warning label on the windows about leaving them open during the bug season!).
