Quaint but very noisy
We have stayed in several Lee Vining motels over the years and this is the first time we've booked Tioga Lodge. It is very basic but clean, tile floors with only 1 throw rug, bed, a couple tables and a bathroom. Not my favorite experience
The lady that helped us was nice and I think it's a good concept, but it's just not that enjoyable of a stay at this place. First off, it's right next to a highway, so you hear big rigs driving past throughout the night. Quaint Hotel
We found the Tioga Lodge to be a very quaint, pleasant Hotel. we were a little nervous when we first drove up as it is literally right off I-395. We felt ripped off
One of the worst motel experiences in years. We paid $150 per night for something that was worth about $40. The room had an offensive strong odor similar to urine. Good value
At £54 a night, this place is bargain. We stayed for 1 night before entering Yosemite Park. We had the Mountain Man room which is a quaint semi-detached lodge overlooking Mono Lake - but also, unfortunately, overlooking a Highway.
