Great for a family of 5 with one child coming for the first time to long beach
The two bed room was great and i loved the open view. The food was great and so was the helpful staff. Loved the Hyatt
Overall, this hotel had a GREAT location, attentive staff, and nice guest rooms. We received a great bargain. Expected more for this amount of money

The primary gripe was the water. While taking a shower, you had to constantly adjust the temperature. Both the water temperature and pressure were constantly changing. Horrible place to have an event
The staff is very uncoordinated, snooty, rude and could care less. Rooms are small but decent as is the location however the terrible customer service (or lack there of dont think they know what that means) doesnt compensate for the location.
