Stay Away!!!!

The hotel is undergoing renovations - which it desperately needs. The penthouse suite we stayed in was very dirty: ground in dirt in carpeting, couch was filthy, bathroon doors looked like they had been chewed at by amimals.

Nice hotel with one bad apple

My Mom, brother, two young nephews and I had to travel to Long Beach for my cousin's wedding. After reading the most recent reviews on here, I decided to book this Hotel. Needs improvement

The service was excellent, the room was clean, tidy and extremely spacious. My only concern was the fact that the restroom door (seemingly the type that slides open and shut), seemed to be painted shut, hence unable to close.
