I really enjoyed my stay at Westin Long Beach. Me and my husband stayed in there for 5 days. Terrible personel, terrible service, SALES FRAUD - and I'm not even there yet!
We booked a room in this hotel five months ago to attend a convetion in July - Anime Expo, June 29th to July 1st. We booked via the convention block, an amount of hotel rooms speficially set aside for the convention, under a contract between the convention and the Westin.
