A noticeable decline in quality and service

We use to stay a lot in Extended Stay Hotels and are experiencing a noticeable decline in quality and service lately. The Woodland Hills hotel was the worst. Safe, but creepy!

I spent 16 nights there, and suspicious characters seemed to be loitering in the lobby area at all hours. I didn't feel unsafe, but rather uncomfortable, being alone. Room cleaning did not happen when it was scheduled, and only after continued phone calls and requests at the front desk. The price... A TripAdvisor Member, a user of Tripadvisor. Absolutely No Service

Room was clean enough for a hotel room. Only problem we had in our room was when someone took a shower there was this loud nosie ..and i mean loud, enough for me to have to leave the room.
