Just got back from staying at this hotel from the first minute we checked in everything was great. The hotel is located 3 min from universal studios . Absolutely brutal, disgusting, filfthy disgrace to SPG - dump
Hands down, this is the most run down *Wood property I have ever stayed in. This place should be rebranded as a Super 8 or Motel 6 (seriously.) The service, or lack there of is atrocious. Not As Bad As I Expected
I stayed at the Universal Sheraton for business the week of 9/10/07. After reading the reviews I was prepared for anything. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the property.
