Very disappointing
I was very dissapointed in my stay at The New Otani Hotel and Garden. I was directed to the wrong room twice, and when i finally did receive the correct room, what I found was mold in the bathroom, a dirty carpet, an unneatly made bed and a lack of toiletries in the bathroom. Better Than Expected!
After reading reviews about this hotel online, I was honestly scared to death to stay here. They had me believing that I was going to be sitting in what amounted to a crummy Motel 6 with a burned out lightbulb on the Vacancy sign and holes in the walls. It's a very good place as a hotel itself. Clean, spacious room, spa, gym and everything you expect from a hotel. For Japanese tourists, this place should make you feel right at home with Japanese staff in the afternoons and the Japanese friendly "snake" style showers.
