Peculiar but nice

We selected the Tokyo Princess somewhat at random, since we needed a motel near the site of a wedding in Encino. Impressively Clean; Good Value

I've stayed here twice. It's really the only game in town for that part of the San Fernando Valley. I paid about $80 (including tax) per night each time. Place for the wealthy to hide

Keep the family away on week-ends. This is where the rich locals hide and party. Lots of Mercedez and Lexus rendezvous check ins followed by check outs two hours later. Guests from all walks of life. Second stay a year later....

I was here a year ago, and it does seem to be going downhill. As a previous reviewer wrote, there is not a lot of choice if you need to be in this area. yikes a doodle
