I have stayed in a lot of "budget" hotels in my ski life. Never have I stayed in one that cost $150 and, when I checked in, had beetles on the pillows and in the bed. Stay here if you want your entire vacation ruined

The Alpenhof recently double booked our hotel room (it was only by mere happenstance that we discovered this error the day before our arrival). Its fine don't panic,better than fine !

wow, read some of the comments after we had booked this hotel with virgin holidays ski brochure and wondered how we would find it. We had been to mammoth a few years ago and stayed at the quality inn which was fine but wanted to stay near the new village, and this is close. Just across the the ro...
