The price was right on this place, but it was a bit of a disappointment. NO 24 hour manager and NO HOT WATER

This was our second stay at the Austria Hof and it was our last. We did receive a voice mail before we arrived stating there was construction in the hotel. We decided to go ahead figuring they would not place us in the construction zone. The desk clerk was not very helpful in assigning the two rooms we reserved.
