If you have pets, the location of the Sunrise condos is great because there is a flat meadow across the street from the condos, and a nice creek trail to follow across the main road. more on TripAdvisor

They allow you to bring your own food, or you can enjoy their great, but rather pricy cafeteria fare. more on TripAdvisor
