Great Value and excellent location.

I stayed at the Sea View the first week of January for business in downtown LA and an offsite in Manhattan Beach. The Sea View has a motor lodge, motel feel as they have different buildings with a few rooms in each. The rooms are clean and mine had a view of the ocean with a balcony....
