Wonderful Mendocino getaway!
We stayed for 4 nights at the Sea Rock in for our anniversary. It was important to us to find a quiet, well appointed, affordable respite, and we looked all up and down the CA coast to find it. Way overpriced!
This place wasn't bad. The setting was nice and the views of the ocean were excellent. Breakfast was standard for places like this. One hot dish, some fruit, toast, juices, etc. The cottages, at least #4 that we stayed in are really really tiny. Gorgeous location, some nice amenities, poor breakfast
Wish we had read the many other reviews more carefully. The location of the inn and views from the big picture windows in our room were superb. Bed comfortable, but room peculiarly laid out. It was our first visit to Mendocino and we spent four nights--two nights in two different hotels. I must say Sea Rock Inn exceeds our expectations. Just what we needed!
We just got back from a wonderful visit to Mendocino. The room was immaculate and the breakfast tasty. They have thought of everything there. Our stay at the Sea Rock Inn was just what we needed.
