Resident Manager needs to look into her attitude

We would NEVER think of staying there every again. We gave the property a chance because of the price, location and its convenience to my daughter's home in Menlo Park, as we truly only needed a place to sleep. While the room was acceptable, bathroom needed a bit of better cleaning, carpet worn, however, micro and refridgerator practically new, the maid service was attentive to our request for a coffee machine immediately [see below for explanation] AND the Front Desk [manned by the Residential Manager] truly NEEDS to attend to her overall attitude!! We arrived at the hotel on Friday at 4:30pm. In-between mono syllable grunts, the Residential Manager made us feel that she was actually rendering ... grandma49, a user of Tripadvisor.
