carpets are torn,dirty and bad. the walls where dirty too. the room smells bad. tv didn't work. the toilet was broken. front desk was rude. th sheets where bad on one bed. no bath towels. no new coffee filters. the wall is thin. th drainwas slow in the tub. food ... Nice Hotel, service fair.

Hotel was in a nice location right off the freeway. Check-in clerk didn't seem happy to be there. Rooms located on a high floor, no traffic (210 FWY) could be heard, but others complained.

Spa and pool are excellent and open late. Good rate.
