Not worth the Money
My family and I visited Monterey and stayed at the Hyatt for One night. Thank God!

Outstanding staff...but
""All staffs I met was super bu I really feel the 10$ charge for """"hotel service fee"""" is a rip-off. This charge came from no where and eeally unfair for the guests.
