Comfort Inn is ideally situated right outside downtown Monterey and on the way to the Laguna Seca raceway. That is good. HATED IT, WISH WE STAYED SOMEWHERE ELSE
Upon arrival I knew we should have booked somewhere else. Exterior is run down. The inside hallways smell like cigarette smoke. I'm traveling with my 3 children & I find it disgusting that their once white socks turned BLACK in a matter of minutes from walking in our room. When driving around looking for the hotel we passed it by accident because it was being totally remodeled and looked nothing like a hotel, but a new apartment building just being built.
