Unbalanced, but alright.
Good things: Nice fancy rooms with fireplace, hardwood floors, and great ocean views (only for some rooms). Very convenient location right next to the aquarium. They have their own little private beach (the water was nice and clear). Great for couples. Bad things: I almost walked right past the hotel because the outside is SO beat up. Its kind of understandable since its right on the beach and the saltwater chips the paint away, but I guess its the inside that counts, and it is nice on the inside. Although the location is very convenient, there is NO parking. They offer valet parking for an extra $16 which is kind of lame because you can park in the same spot yourself for cheaper.
