Need to improve Elevator

Stayed on the 11th floor and elevator did not work after our first night.The rooms are good though and the view of the Bay is great. They did comp our second night stay there because of the elevator problems and they should have. I talk with some of the other guest that have stayed there the last... Spacious Rooms Great for Families!

Great customer service, area is a developing area and is looking good. There is construction going on just across the street but "noise in the wee hours" not likely. Disgusting

This hotel was awful and unfortunately, all San Diego hotels were sold out. I booked this hotel through Orbitz and I feel cheated since Orbitz classifies it as a 3 star hotel. This is not 5 minutes from San Diego!

I didn't find this hotel as horrible as some reviews, it was clean and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. BUT it advertises itself has 5 minutes from San Deigo. I don't think so.
