This Howard Johnson is clean and convenient to the freeway. If you want a basic stopover, this is fine. If you are looking for a place to visit San Diego from, try elsewhere. Location could be better
Overall it was OK, but not exactly in the best area of San Diego. At least the rooms were a good size and everything was clean, and everything worked.
