Nothing Special

Ok, i had room 102, which has the full ocean view, i believe that is the only room with the full ocean view (not sure).. .The problem is that the beach is so busy!! Okay stay for price

When staying at this hotel, keep in mind the beach/ocean front is absolutely gorgeous & this hotel is clean, reasonable for the price, is safe, has adequate parking, however the DOWNFALL is that there is a bar on the corner just two doors down that kept us up until 4AM due to loud party noise. I loved that is was on the beach. Newport beach is very nice. The staff were all friendly. The bedspread and pillow shams were very dirty, the wall paper was very scratched up near chairs, the shower head provided a very weak shower, no window (only 2 rooms offer an ocean view - or ANY view).
