We checked in to the Radisson on Friday, May 18th and check-in was super quick, as we did the online check-in before arrival. This was the worst hotel ever. They say if you're not 100% satisfied you don't pay. That is a lie. They had the rudest staff I've ever dealt with and to top it all off there was no hot water to take a shower with in the morning.
