We were taking the Sunset Dinner package on the Sierra Railroad so this Hotel was a great convenience. The lobby was very clean and the staff was very courterous. We checked in at 1 am. on a Saturday morning with a check-out on Sunday. When we returned to our room on Saturday at 8:30pm., our room key wouldn't work.
