Terrible Customer service/room quality
The following issues were noted: 1)Room was stuffy/dusty. Turned the AC and the filter seemed not to have been changed in years...it triggered an allergies attack. 2)Shower curtain had mold. Excellent customer service - nice room
My relatives came to town and I booked them a suite for one week. I chose this hotel because it was near the Angel stadium and only 10 mins away from Asian Garden mall (on Bolsa Blvd- great Asian foods).
