The area surrounding the hotel was not very nice. The hotel itself was well kept with a nice lobby and decent staff. 2.0: Needs work and not very friendly

This hotel is getting run down. The pool and jacuzzi were off limits. They weren't working. The workout room had old beat up equipment. Two out of 6 pieces were broken and should be removed. We booked through BW Central reservations. The receptionist Joe narrowly won the vote as Best Western receptionist of the trip. He was so helpful and even indicated a local Italian place which gave a 20% discount to BW residents and the food was good. The rooms were very clean as was the pool whi... 2.0: Stay Elsewhere

The only positive thing about my stay was that the bed quality was good. Construction work blocked the handicap parking places and created lots of noise and dust. The pool was unheated and freezing.
