Upon arrival, they had a bit of a problem locating my reservation, however, I won't blame that on them as I think that was more a function of the way my room was reserved (I didn't make the reservation). They finally found my reservation and I was relieved to be headed towards my room since it was nearly 11:30 PM. My relief turned to horror when I opened the door of the room.
