Turned a Business Trip into a Luxurious Getaway!
I attend an annual business conference, which is always at wonderful hotels. As great as the others have been, this hotel is the BEST! Amenities, Service, Room Quality, and good Value -- I'll walk you through them. Amenities -- This is a beautiful hotel with crystal chandeliers lining the hallways, entrances, and conference/ball rooms. Not what it used to be
It used to be that staying at a Ritz Carlton hotel was a luxury. While this hotel was beautiful and comfortable the service was horrid. My friend and I stayed here for a moms getaway. Our concerns started when we found out that there is no longer self parking available. I expect to pay high parking prices in San Francisco, New York, etc. but $25 a night in Pasadena?
