Not up to Westin Standards
The entrance to this Westin is about the largest highlight of my stay to this Pasadena hotel. I was not impressed at all with the staff, check-in, room, or valet service here. Typical Westin
I booked this hotel only because I got a decent price on Expedia ($150) for Thurday/Friday night stay. I usually prefer Marriots but this price made it worth a try. I found the hotel to be nicer than expected and would definitely recommend it over the Courtyard Pasadena. The highlights: Bed is of course wonderful and tempting to purchase.
