3.0: Good but could be better

This is a nice b&b in the Point Reyes area, but it could be a lot better. The rooms are good, it is off the road and quiet. But it needs a really good cleaning, especialy dusting. 4.0: A nice stay, but with some reservations

We found the Country Inn and Stables via an online search, and booked 2 nights in one of the beach cottages (in a separate location from the inn) the first week of January.
