This hotel's staff is unresponsive to its guests. They erred in the number of rooms I had reserved, causing our friends to seek shelter elsewhere. They overcharged us for the room. Porterville is not the nicest place in the world!

Stayed one night here for business in July 2006. Accomodations are relatively limited in Porterville. The Best Western is the best of the bunch.
