Plan Ahead...
First, the good: The room was very nice, and the separate sleeping room is very convenient so that my early-riser husband doesn't wake me. Housekeeping was good, but not exceptional. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with such things as local directions. Location is convenient to Ontario Airport and is adjacent to Ontario Mills Mall. Holiday bell decorations added to the room doors was a cute touch. Decor is nice, and I liked having lots of pillows.

Poor reservations

From car rental at Ontario International Airport: Going north on Haven Ave or Archibald Ave. Take I-10 East to I-15 North and exit 4th St. Make a right turn heading West. Turn left on to Pittsburgh Ave. Hotel is on the right.
