Small, dank, cheap and unfriendly

I booked the room sight unseen at the country inn website. The line at check in was four deep and very slow (30 minutes). Upon arrival, I was horrified by the small dank rooms complete with musty odors. I immediatly went back to the front to ask for a refund. They insisted that I see if another r...
