Two star experience at a Three star rate

This could have been a terrible experience if not for the helpful staff. I had to switch rooms because the TV didn't work, the second room the remote didn't work and the alarm clock never went off in the morning. disgusting
We stayed at this hotel last week, only because the company I work for paid for it. If they knew the area, condition and service of this hotel, I don't think they would of put us up there. Disgusting
Upon arriving to our room, we found the most disgusting room we could imagine. The bedspread had several holes in it, as did the curtains. The carpet was stained.
