Bad customer service and shabby rooms

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! This hotel is both shabby, and staffed by a few people who dont understand customer service. This is the fourth time I've stayed here in the past year , each time a week or more, but after this experience, they would have to pay me before I'd come back! The daytime front desk clerk (a guy) was incredibly rude, being defensive and and refusing to accept responsiblity(on the hotel's behalf, not him personally), telling me if I didnt like the situation I should just leave!
