Bad customer service and shabby rooms
STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! This hotel is both shabby, and staffed by a few people who dont understand customer service. This is the fourth time I've stayed here in the past year , each time a week or more, but after this experience, they would have to pay me before I'd come back!
