The housekeeping service was horrible too, the bathtub was full of stains and the housekeeper only give you clean towels only if they get the dirty ones back and they only clean every other days.....my Keys didn't work, they just keep give me other rooms key and never fix it for me, Awful experience DO NOT GO THERE!!! more on Yahoo!
