made a reservation week before arrival in the beginning of august and called the same day to veryfy my booking, everything was fine, until the day we arrived and all off a sudden the hotel was overbooked, and were send to another hotel, they even charged me for a night stay, took them two weeks to find the mistake, and I even had to work with mastercard customer service to put a claim on the payment, they never appologized, so be carefully more on VirtualTourist
