Not quite ready for us
The hotel had only been open 3 weeks when we arrived, so we expected some kinks. The reservation process was flawless; the reception and check-in was great; the room, however, was not ready for us. Best Hotel Stay of the Year
We stayed here for 2 nights in mid-August and had a wonderful experience. Everything is brand-new, clean, and shiny. The entire staff was friendly, cheerful, and eager to please. As a result of a long survey concerning the Hotels in San Luis Obispo area, we were finally choosing this hotel because it has been opened in July 2007. What a good decision we made !
