Decent if nothing else available

My wife and I were enjoying a little driving tour of the bay area, (we live in the central valley). We drove thru San Jose, down to Santa Cruz and started up the coast. We thought we could get a room in Half Moon Bay but everything was sold out due to various activities in the Bay Area during that weekend. We continued calling hotels/motels in various cities ... Hold off from staying there for a few years more

An example of deferred maintainence...and we learned why at breakfast the next morning. The motel is clean but NOISY (this is structural--thin walls + outside frwy noise, see below]) and VERY SHABBY.
