We thought that the staff were nice and pleasant. The room was clean and well furnished. We had to go back and request new room keys three times, for some reason our electronic keys kept resetting, that was unpleasant and inconvenient. Nice facility - horrible mattress in room 157
Clean, good service at front desk, nice breakfast. I don't know if it was an annomally, but the mattress on our bed was firm to the point of being painful before the night was through.
