nice getaway watch the staff
The room was clean and spacious, beautiful location and close to Hearst Castle. The only problem that we encountered was at time of check-in the older asian lady at the counter said she was not able to run my card to pay for the room. not impressed
There were 5 of us, and we wanted to book the 2 bedroom suite. While on the phone with the front desk and staring at the availability of that room we were told it wasn't available. hard as a rock
The room was clean,the staff was great and the grounds were nice. I was very disappointed in the bed. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I have never slept on a bed that was so hard.
