Happy to pay only $65 for a room in the middle of the night
We were driving back from Las Vegas and wanted to smell the Pacific Ocean. Went to 3 other motels/hotels in San Simeon and at all three, no one answered the night buzzer. Yikes! Paper walls put this over the edge as a disaster of a stay
What a mess. Almost no sleep due to noise. We booked on line at the motel website. Took the reviews here with a grain of salt and booked because we were going to be there such a short time, only about 12 hours. Worst inn ever! Run!
My girlfriend and I dropped in to stay in late July and received a large suprise. The management takes advantage of you if they can. It was $60 a night and I was charged $200.
