Noisy, run-down, and poorly maintained

ok if not slightly sketchy
I stayed there 3 nights for the san diego comic-con. The price was right and the room was pretty nice for what I paid for. The area it was located in was rundown but I didn't feel like my safety was at risk. Directions
Take Harbor Dr, left on Garpe St to I-5 S to Exit 2 Dairy Mart Rd. Turn left on traffic light, and left again at next traffic light. The hotel is on the left.
