Cozy, nice and just the right price

I stayed here on new years eve, and for $109 I could not find something better or closer to state street. It was very clean with Figi water and all. Will Do In A Pinch Rooms Are Way (OverPriced)

Property in excellent location. Management/staff friendly and helpful. Free bikes a huge plus.Nice little continental breakfast at restaurant next door. ""I had read reviews on other sites complaining about a mysterious bird. It sounds wierd, but a VERY aggressive, loud bird kept us awake from midnight until about 3 a.m. (and we were exhausted). Not that great
