The hotel does face onto a busy street but very few of the rooms look onto the street (be sure to request a side or back room). 3 block walk to the waterfront. more on Hotels.com

Have to say that when I pulled up in the car outside the Inn by the Harbor I wasn't expecting too much from the experience but I was pleasantly surprised. more on TripAdvisor
