We stayed at the Franciscan Inn for a week over labor day weekend. The rooms were fine (your standard hotel room, nothing more), the location was great, but the customer service was horrendous. Very cute and great value
Just returned from spending two days in Santa Barbara at the Franciscan Inn. We were pleasantly surprised. The room and surrounding grounds seemed very clean.
